Really yummy! The Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup is rated a 3 chili pepper spice level but really wasn't spicy at all (I'm half... Vietnamese , half Caucasian for reference). The soup dumplings we're slain and I'd definitely recommend them! They took awhile to get to the table and we had to ask for chopsticks and weren't provided with proper Asian soup spoons until thedumplings came out which made the noodle soup difficult to eat. One of my favorite types of food is authentic Szechuan food. This place does a great job at capturing the flavor, but is not as... spicy as one expects when it comes to Szechuan. The staff is nice and the food is delicious. I would recommend this place toanyone that is curious, knows the food and loves it, or just loves a bit of heat with good flavors.
