The food was hot and prepared great. The fries were spot on and delicious. The o ly thing is that I expected handmade burger... meat.... this is frozen low quality meat. If they had local meat and handmade the burger patty they could actually havesomething worth going back to. McDonald's is cheaper, so unless the burger meat is better I see no reason to pay more. I reached out the last 2 times I got food there. It was the wrong order or wrong ingredients just totally messed up. Just last... order was almost $40 wasted. The one before almost $30. I Contacted many times. No replacement food absolutely didn't get theorders fixed. I been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Place has gone to garbage. Read more

I'd heard such good things...don't know if this was a bad day, bad location, or what, but ick. My burger was cold in the middle.... It wasn't "hot" anywhere, the cheese wasn't even melted, but the middle was actually cold. The fries were limp and soggy, alsonot hot. We arrived before 9 pm and asked for a moment to look at the menu. The person told us to ?take our time? and 2 minutes later... told us that they were closing, that there were other locations. She could have simply told us they were closing from thebeginning and we could have ordered right away. She could have also told us they were about to close and we would haveunderstood and left.
