Long time loyal customer here! Most often we order 1 to 2 dozen bagels, sliced. They freeze beautifully. Call ahead required.... Always busy in a good way. Hard working, friendly staff. Very good bagels. Highly recommend. Read more
Really disappointed. I don't know why there isn't a better system to address simple orders. I even asked if it would be faster... to order it a certain way and was assured it wouldn't take long. I wonder if it's the expectation for people who get just aregular bagel to wait for 8 sandwiches to get finished first. I waited almost 15 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese and had toleave for work because I couldn't wait any longer, so I ended up spending $10 on a black coffee with no bagel in the end. The bagels are decent - baked, but unfortunately not boiled. I highly recommend that the business should be upgrading the coffee... products. The coffee is very bitter and burned. Maybe the business is using Robusta instead of Arabica beans? I would not buyany coffee to go with the bagel(s). Read more
