I asked for a regular #13 with bacon and everything but jalepenos and pepper spread very politely , the young man making my... sandwich couldn't grasp I didn't want it "Mike's way" he continued to make the sandwich "Mike's way" without bacon amd told meif I don't like the sandwich I can just leave . So I did , while walking away the guy was screaming , literally screaming at meto get out and told me I'm not welcome anymore! I said cool man and left. It's a pitty that this kind of employee and customerservice is allowed to happen. Lost a long time customer for this one . The whole I don't want it Mike's way thing seemed totallyforeign and he seemd extremely confused over a simple order. Overall, I love Jersey Mike's food but this location consistently has problems. Over a six month period, I've seen people lock... themselves up in the bathroom and shoot up, passing out for more than 30 minutes. I've seen methed out people harassingcustomers. This weekend was the last straw. The guy adding toppings was a massive bottleneck with 4 other employees standingaround just watching him add 2 pickles at a time, shake the seasonings 20 times, spread the mayo at least 5 times and nobodystepped in to help move things along. Add to this he didn't make the club correctly (had to be told to add the bacon). At least3 people left after the line barely moved in 20 minutes. I don't expect the teenagers working there to resolve these issues.The crux of the problem seems to be a lack of managers working during busy weekend times to keep service functioning well whichtells me the franchise owner doesn't want to pay to have a manager on staff. The guy at the counter was apathetic and rude..didnt know how to grill bread, was trying to grill the bread with dressing on... it...that doesnt make any sense, then when i suggested oil for the grill he sloppily poured out half the container about to soakthe bread. He didnt bother cutting the sandwich in half and was not trying to provide good customer service to me at all. Been here many times. This place used to be fast and have friedly diverse workers. I guess all the good workers have found a... better paying job with good supervisors some where else. Now you get MacDonalds customer service. Read more

Ate here 10/15/22 in the afternoon. Store was really filthy. Garbage overflowing, tables all covered with food smear, no TP in... the bathroom, etc. Poorly managed. As we left noticed the side window gave full view of the kitchen...wish I hadn't seen that.Super dirty! Yikes. Read more
