I love that they have a plant based burger. This location however is just hit and miss. Sometimes things go smoothly, other... times the staff seems to be not paying any attention. Sometimes the food is good, and sometimes its put together very sloppy andthings like fries or mozzarella sticks are not fresh and stale. Sometimes the wait isn't too bad but often it is a long waitregardless of how many cars. I try not to count that as a negative though because I get that people are really understaffedright now. The lady at the drive thru taking orders at the menu was really short when taking our order. I was trying to order multiple... things and she just kept cutting me off saying see you at the window. I had to tell her three times that I wanted to order moreitems. When I got to the window it was a young man servicing us. The lady was not wearing a name tag or I would also add that aswell. But she looked to be a manager because she was wearing a black dress shirt. Burger King you need to get people to work foryou that actually wants to make the company money. My food is cold. And every time I order they never give me sauces I ordered. It was on the receipt. Forget about them not... giving you ketchup unless you ask. Multiple times. Not just once. Then I have to dig through my fridge for condiments andtheir food is overpriced. Read more

My burger was disgusting and wet missing the lettuce. I called and the manager, Nancy hung up on me twice. I went in and she... took my food. I started recording became she was so rude. She then left and refused to give me my money back. Had me wait 30min. I told her she needed to come back out and help me. She laughed and started talking about me in Spanish. I speak Spanish!The worst customer service and honestly she should be fired for this! If she did this to someone else she could have gottenhurt.
