I love Boston Market, but this one is so disgusting. We went there tonight and there was barely any food left. We ordered with... the 3 sides they had and they never once put gloves on. The man came out from the back and grabbed the cornbread with his handsand moved them individually. The girl working behind the counter was rude and in a terrible mood. They never have the foodadvertised, they constantly say they're out of things. This place is so gross. They need new management and employees. And theyNEED to make their employees wear gloves. Can't really rate it more than this. First time wanting to try a meal from this market. We arrived today for lunch and there's... employees inside but doors are locked. Based on reviews, there seems to be constant issue with this even though on maps it saysopen. So disappointing that a reputable company/store can lack so much. At least put a note on the door or actually put thatit's closed on Google maps so people don't waste their time. We ended up going to Einstein Bros Bagels. Why every time I go to any BM the sides look like left overs. I remember back in the day you would walk in and see fresh sides... ready to go. What happened to this place? I used to come here as a kid with my family and remember the cornucopia of food options. I always... used to get the ham, mixed vegetables and apples. They don?t have Boston Market where I live and I was feeling a littlenostalgic while back in town. My mom tried to warn me; ?that place is hot garbage now, don?t waste your money? she said. I wasdetermined, however, but immediately regretted my decision. I went at 1pm on a Sunday and figured they?d have everything readyto go. Boy was I mistaken. Ham? Nope. Sliced turkey? Nope. Vegetables? Nope. Apples? Nope. My only meat options were meatloaf(????) and rotisserie chicken (which looked more like a roasted pigeon). My only side options were macaroni and mashed potatoes.I walked out and will never go back. I?m not sure if all Boston Markets have turned into a nightmare or just this one, but I?llnever go back. I understand that rideshare food delivery is a recipe for miscommunication, food quality drop-off, etc. And it's kind of a pain... in the butt for restaurants sometimes to accommodate that relationship, but this is something I've never experienced. I am adriver, I go in and say I have an order, ready to give the order ID, and then snag the food. She says the customer cancelled theorder..I go, well alright then, explain to the company what happened, and then move along. Later in the night I get anotherBoston market order.. and the same thing happened. I reach out to the customer and ask if they had cancelled anything, becausethis time I took note that the customer was still active on my app. They said no and they've already had another driver unassigntheir order for some indiscriminate reason. Pretty odd.. Bottom line, these jokers either, don't feel like making any foodafter like 6pm on any given day, or they actually really don't have a single advertised food item on their menu "in stock".Wild. The rare occasion that I do get any kind of bad review, I seem to always have either taken someone something from THISBoston Market, or have been refused at the door by whichever employee is behind the counter that evening. Wild. Also...theplace is gross. Wouldn't recommend this one to literally anyone. I'm not a picky guy when it comes to eating. I grew up aroundthis chain and it's somewhat decent reputation. Yuck.
