In Pittsburgh for the Weekend and we were walking around the Cultural District. No real destination. We saw this place and... thought, sure we can always go for a good burger! Let me tell you, we were not disappointed! Only thing disappointing is thereisn't one at home! The Apple, Bacon Jam burger was out of this world. Cooked perfectly (pink!) With caramelized apples, sharpcheese, bacon jam, and honey Dijon, just wow! Absolutely amazing! Fries were so crispy and delicious. Hubby had classicburger with sweet potato fries. One of my worst dining experiences in Pittsburgh. Ordered queso which came out 45 minutes after sitting down with our meal, even... with the place being near empty. Burger patty was small and bun was soggy. The “cucumber salad” side was simply cucumberscovered in ranch. Waitress was oddly rude and aggressive towards patrons and fellow staff. The Smash Burger tasted deeeeelicious! My only issue is that I wanted it "not pink", as they say at the bar, but when I cut into... this large burger, one of the two patties was pink ????. The service was friendly and fast for a lunchtime walk-in. I woulddefinitely recommend this place and will visit again if I ever come back to Pittsburgh. Read more
