Wow, what happened to Chipotle? The meat was all fat, we had to throw most of it away. I had no guacamole even though I paid for... it. The food was cold. Had to wait 10 minutes for food though I call ahead. It was to be done at 5: 10 and it was. I watched itsit there alone with other people's food for 10 minutes. While the servers wondered around. When I asked to have them remadewarm. She said I couldn't have guacamole. So I took what they had. Little did I know I wasn't getting guacamole anyway. I'mdone with Chipotle. Read more
Here's a review to help everyone out: Avoid this Chipotle if you can. I come here often out of convenience but ready to move on... completely. The order pick up process is a mess, their constantly out of ingredients, and the stuff they make here isn't on parwith the rest of Chipotle (probably a result of lacking ingredients.) The only redeeming factor for 2 stars are that theemployees are nice. If you come in the last hour of them being open, you'll be told they're out of ingredients. We went in store to order our food. First, the chips were stale beyond belief. It seemed like they just added new chips into a... bag half full of stale ones. The boy at the register had to go get a tray of them. Secondly our chicken was so salty. I couldn?teven eat half of my bowl. Third, the portions were so small, I asked the girl if I could have extra white rice and she didn?teven put a fourth of a scoop into it. Finally, staff is very rude, the only person who looked like they were doing something wasthe girl doing the to go orders. Which I applaud her for her effort. Also the place was disgusting. When this place first opened up it was nice, the food was well cooked and portions were fair. Now they give u steak cuts that... are 70% fat, terrible portions and the food underwhelming. The straw was finally broken when I came in and they forgot toprovide a drink, no big deal. when i went home with my food to see the quality......my bowl is all rice with steak crumbs, theydidn't add any corn for both my burrito and bowl. Also went home with a warm drink because no one refilled the ice at 4...notbusy and plenty of workers. Going to Moe's for my fast Mexicans food now. 0/10 edit: I'm changing it to one stars after seeingall the other reviews. This place needs to change or allow another food service to replace them. Its one thing if you commonlydon't have the ingredients to provide to your customer. But a pattern of just making a incomplete meal, without warning thecustomer?!?! That's a whole other thing.
