Arrived around 9:10 on a Friday night (10/21/22), with wife and kids. Was seated within 10 - 15 minutes. Waitress came within... 10 minutes, and we asked for a few minutes to decide on our meal. She returned in about 5 minutes and we placed our order. Agroup of 4 men were then seated behind us, to an angle. About 1/2 an hour later, the 4 men were served their food, and wewaited for ours. (The waitress informed us that our food was on its way.) Another 10 minutes went by, and we were packing upto leave when the waitress brought our food. It was of mediocre quality, not what I had come to expect from Texas Roadhouse. Two of my boys ordered lemonade, and received iced tea. We returned it, and they were brought lemonade that tasted nasty. Iordered chicken strips, and half of the strips looked like they were prepared earlier that day (a noticeably different colorthan the others). A table behind us was complaining to the manager, and received a large discount on their dinners. Thewaitress asked if we'd like to speak to the manager, and we did. We explained that it took way too long to get food of sub-parquality. She (matter-of-factly) offered to bring me new chicken strips. We had everything boxed to go, as it was well after10:30 by that time and our kids were falling asleep. I sent my wife and children to the car and waited for the new chickenstrips by the kitchen door. As I told the manager on duty, we "used to" like the Texas Roadhouse. Read more
We love Texas steak house and we visited at least once a month. However, our experience with pick up was bad. Our fav burger is... the one mushroom and sautéed onion in it. Meduim to thin meat and no pink with sesame bun. We use to order it at therestaurant and it was delicious. When we order to pick up, it was most pink I through most of my meat, diffrent meat it wasthick and pink, diffrent bun and no BBQ sauce in it. We also ordered a salad and asked for utensil but probably forgot to putthem. We ate at the car so we ate the salad with hand!! Read more
Chain restaurants are supposed to be reliable in that you can pretty much the same flavor wherever you go. I don't personally... want moldy cheese as a side for my chili. Since there was cheese in the chili, I couldn't eat it. I had two 4oz cups of thischeese, and the first I just dumped into my chili and saw the green and was horrified. Both of the cups of cheese has mold, so Icouldn't be sure that the cheese that was already in my chili didn't also have mold. Too bad for me that this was just going tobe my meal tonight, and I didn't order anything else for myself. Read more

Honestly one of the better sirloin steaks I’ve had at a restaurant. It was seasoned well and had great flavor. Also the bread... and butter are delicious. Service was great. I really enjoy that you can pay at the table with a card. Definitely will be back. Read more
