Erin catered our wedding and it was FANTASTIC. We knew immediately after the first few bites at our original tasting that she... was the perfect fit for our vibe. A few months before the wedding we also had a menu tasting that went phenomenal and Erin kepttrack of everything we wanted. Execution at the venue (Mayernik Center) was perfect and timely.
