We eat here pretty often because it was one of our favs! However the last time we went we sat for 10+ minutes without being... waited on. We also noticed about a 25% price increase on every menu item since we were there previously.(maybe about 2 monthsago) lastly, my meal was decent but they changed the cheese sauce also. Their cheese sauce before was one of the best! Now it?sbland and less than good. We will probably still return at some point but not for a long time. Sad. Read more
Sonny the ?manager? was beyond rude and a completely unprofessional. She would not let us sit the booth we requested because... she had three other reservations ahead of us. The booth stayed empty both times. Both times the reservations never showedup?three reservations ahead of us?both times??? We even offered to pay for a bottle service. The food was good. We had a burger and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The wait staff kept passing with fun looking frozen... drinks but I could not locate a menu with drinks besides the $10 buckets. We used yelp to put us in the queue. We got a tableand sat promptly. Busy night we waited at the table for 15 minutes before our waitress acknowledged us. Read more

Got seated in a reasonable time but then it went downhill. The waitress took forever to get to us just for drinks. 20 minutes... later we ordered everything appetizers and entrees. Three of our four items ordered came out and I waited another 25 minutes fora sandwich. Did I mention how long before I got a second drink. The manager wasn't much help with his staff as they struggled. The table next to us had to complain after a 29 minute wait and nobody ever stopped to get them drinks or take their order.Won't be back here again bad job guys. Read more
