Placed an online order for pickup, says they close at 10, selected soonest pickup time which was 9:40. When we arrived the door... was locked and they said they close at 9:45 despite the Subway App and and google saying they were open until 10 PM. Employeeheld up the order receipt confirming they got the order and just chose not to make it. The order was already payed for and whenasked how to get a refund they said they didn't know. I get that it was late but you should change the app so that people aren'table to place orders that they don't intend on fulfilling. None of these Subway places honor coupons when the corporations send them out so what good is patronizing when they won't give... us a deal when the deal's come through my suggestion is boycott They don't care about the public or the community We patronizethem and give them our money but when it's time for them to get back to us They don't even try to give us the discounts that wedeserve by patronizing them for so many months or years These are selfish owners and we need to let them know times is hard Andthey should honor these coupons I've called several of them today and they did not honor the coupons that the corporation issending out sending out so what good is the coupons if no one is honoring them Read more
