Eat and Park is a Pittsburgh family restaurant for decades. Cuisine is not what brings you to E&P. Consistancy, large variety,... cleanliness is that your parents brought you so bring bring yours. Despite the number of children, it is not too to loud orcrazy. Why because kids get a big smiley face cookie if they're good. Menu is pure American. Huge Salad bar that can be a mealor add one, Sunday brunch. 3 soups, burgers and the best fried fish. Open 24 hoursor used to be. Open 24 hours, friendly. Theymake good pie, apple is my favorite. Older folks like it too due to fair prices. Kids menu, my son loved it, and worked therefor 3 years 16 to 16. They accommodated his school and football schedule. So from my grandparents to kids were have been there.Non smoking. Newer restaurants are bigger with a retro look and larger salad Bar and counters with full menu. Read more
I love the food at this location but they don't pay attention to the orders. I'm continually missing something. Ice cream... when I order pie ala mode, bread when it's supposed to come with it. This time I ordered the Eat n Park salad with grilledchicken. I asked for extra egg. Not only didn't I get the extra eggs I paid for I didn't get any. Those salads areexpensive and not getting part of my order was disappointing. We eat here a lot, please pay attention to what people order. Read more
Just left their restaurant without getting food. They took our name and we waited in the lobby for a half an hour. They had alot... of empty tables but we were not seated at a table. But as we were leaving I looked through the glass and seen the hostesscleaning and doing whatever while we were waiting to be seated. After my wife asked for a manager they had closed the salad bar3 hours early. It was only 8pm and they close at 11pm but they were closing their salad bar at 8pm. I guess they still haven'tadjusted to waiting on folks inside of their restaurant post pandemic. Sitting here at Applebee's for about 5 minutes and mywife is already eating soup with the quickness. Eat n park northbound restaurant would rather clean up than wait on payingcustomers. Closing salad bar 3 hours before closing must be routine for them because another customer came in after us and saidso. She said they always close their salad bar early. Ok. I am done. E is awesome! My Son said he made a new best friend today! E is down to earth , friendly, and Funny. Kind too ( he laughed at my... wife's jokes) I would recommend this location just on Es personality alone... bring your kids and ask for him! Read more
