Used to be the best fast food on McKnight, now it?s by far the worst. Closed over an hour before closing time. They had a line... of a half dozen or so cars & just stopped taking orders in the middle of it. Didn?t even have the decency to tell us. Two carsin front had to call the store to be told they closed. I?ve had issues before, but today was the worst I?ve had. Bun was totally dried out, food that was supposed to be hot was room... temp at best, did not get salad dressing, sauce for nuggets, straws, or even napkins. Firstly- this location was absolutely disgusting. The drink counter was absolutely sticky and foul. There was fruit flies... everywhere around the foundation dispenser. Someone was charging their phone on the food line. No gloves worn. No hair nets.Someone else in line waited 10 minutes for a single frosty. Secondly- after watching the staff snicker and laugh at a disabledCHILD - I was absolutely floored at the lack of humanity and disrespect. Have some love in your hearts. I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy?s and had an unpleasant experience. I ordered a combo that was $8.29 and the total... price I was given was $10.63. I why the price was different and the teenage boy at the window said it was tax. I questioned taxbeing over $2.00 and he looked again and said the tax was $0.69. So, I still asked about the price difference but then saidnevermind because I didn?t want to hold up the line of cars. I just asked if the receipt was in the bag. The young man respondedwith an unmistakable smirk and slight nod. I asked him again and he gave me the same. Right as I asked him, ?You can speak,right??, he said ?Yeah.?, but deliberately would not look at me. I reviewed this in my mind, and until the end, I was onlyinquiring about the price without anger or sarcasm. I looked at the receipt, and it said I?d asked for a medium combo. Honestly, if this was a one time thing I wouldn't review. But every time we order from this Wendy's, something is either wrong... or forgotten. They forgot 2 drinks, including a frosty, the food was cold and took almost 2 HOURS to get to us. Would notrecommend at all. Read more
