I have come to this place a couple of different times around 10 o'clock at night and every time they have turned me away for... either not having any food to sell anybody or they're only taking orders orders over the app or grubhub only what is the pointof being open and being a restaurant if you're not gonna take everybody's Order this is an outrage either staff it betterdeliver more food to it or get a whole new management team in there or rip down the building because you're doing an absoluteterrible job Read more
Allegheny ave is Always terrible. There is not a time no less than 10 employees are working. This Taco Bell has the most... employees working of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. Always tons of employees hanging out, playing, chatting, rarely are theyactually working. Yet they are the slowest worst service one in the entire metro area. Tonight again. I go in. It reaks of weedof course. It takes no less then 10 minutes to just be acknowledged. Had maybe 4 or 5 employees walk directly by me but not asingle one acknowledged me. Then I do get my order taken. I stood there for 35 minutes!! I saw my food sitting there. It justsat on their table. Not a single person brought it to the counter or would acknowledge I was trying to say hey my food issitting there. Yet they sat against walls and played tag while horsing around. Finally, 35 minutes later a guy comes up and sayshey you ready to order. I said I did my food is sitting right there. He walks to the back then walks up and grabs it. Says myname and I say yup. He says see ya and throws it on the counter. Honestly, they need to just fire every employee and start over.That place is a mess and it has to be management allowing the entire staff to be horrendous. I get it's Taco Bell but this oneabove them all is trash. Waiting 45 minutes on average if you are lucky for poorly made food is not a business model that cancontinue for very long. Read more
It was a bad experience. They was suppose to be open until 4am. We got the a little bit before 2am. A car pull off the... drive-thru. When it got to us we sat there for like 15-20 minutes. I drove around to the window and it was dark. But when wefirst pull up to Taco Bell the lights was still on. While leaving there was a kine of cars after us. So if Taco Bell is not openthat late. They need to adjust there hours of operations. Read more
Service so bad if I could give it a 0 I would but I can?t so they get a 1. There is no excuse for waiting 45 minutes when there... are 3 cars in fort of us. Meanwhile we?re watching an employee smoke a blunt in the parking lot. No wonder no work gets donearound here. Couldn?t understand a single word from employee taking our order. Management needs help/ replacement of someonewho knows how to manage a Taco Bell. I would recommend road kill over this establishment. Read more
