Been coming to this location for a few years and their advancement with processes and technology is a mess. During a recent... visit, the self serve kiosks have been introduced and the staff refused to take my order the "old way" and I was informed onlyan order can be placed through the kiosk or app. I attempted to use a gift card and found out by nagging management that theycan in fact still take orders the "old way" and this is in fact the only method to use gift cards. Hello Bistro is a casual restaurant that has several locations. Their menu lists mostly salads and burgers, and prices are... reasonable. I ordered food for takeout. The employees promptly and politely served me. My food was ready after several minutes.I enjoyed the taste of my strawberry chicken salad, and my husband enjoyed the taste of his cobb salad. I have been here twice with a coupon. Both times the food was disappointing. I tried a salad first by ordering it online and I... expected much more green, it was mostly iceberg. I took it back and they did remake it which was kind. Explained the lettucewas pre- mixed and I made a different selection. The 2nd time I ate in , make your own burger.
