I don?t know if it was just a bad day, but this was our first time trying Badamo?s. I was excited because the photos always look... delicious! I ordered a 18 inch pepperoni pizza, and a 16 inch white pizza. Both were burnt. Not slightly. Like burnt burnt. Itwas as hard as a rock. I couldn?t believe they sent it out like that. I called in for a large plain pizza. I drive 1/2 hour to pick it up and drive 1/2 hour back to my home. When I get home, I open... the box and I see the pizza is burnt in the bottom. Top looked just fine, but the crust was burnt. Totally not acceptable togive a pizza to a customer who is hungry and has to throw it away because it is not edible, even though they said they willreimburse me. I would have not minded if they were honest and said they had burnt it and I would have to wait for a new pizza.But to try to brush it under the carpet or slide you a bad pizza is not acceptable. They just lost a customer. Doesn't the ownercare about losing customers like this? I wonder. If he/she does care, then he/she should tell his/her employees not to ever givea burnt pizza to a customer or they will get fired. Period. Read more
