It is a normal McDonald's. The food isn't the best. I never really have like the food at many fast food places. Menu lacks... descriptions. How does one know what is on a sandwich? It is frustrating and the whole idea of asking someone what you wantbefore you even see the menu drives me nuts. It would be nice to have a menu shown prior to having to order. Probably my lastcomplaint is why in the world do you have to drive around the same building so many times before you get your order. What awaste of fuel and time. All of our food didn't come at the same time, my mom's burger was BURNT when it did come, so she had to wait EVEN longer. I had... to spit out most of my steak on my salad. The fries were cold, I asked for new ones. The prices listed are not what u pay if upay with debit or credit and NO WHERE on their menu reflects that!!!!! How hard would it be to print labels and stick them oneach menu? It is underhanded!!!! I don't do business with people who aren't upfront! The waitress tried her best and did s goodjob. She couldn't help the lack of kitchen help and knowledge. When I gingerly approached and owner, he was only on the defense.He wasn't humble in the least n didn't try AT ALL to win us back. Check your bill. Menu prices are only if you pay cash. Also had issues with a couple of our party's orders. Over cooked burger... and cold food. Owner agreed not a good night in the kitchen but never offered to compensate our meals. Read more
i have Been going to All Star for 4 years now. We come from NY every year to go to 3 to 4 Steelers games. we are season ticket... holders. After every Steelers game we go to All Star for dinner. Every meal we have had from there has been excellent. We wentlast night as usually expecting a great meal. My Wife's wine had a bug in it, she asked for chardonnay and was given moscato. my friends grilled chicken avocado salad was horrible. The avocados were like rubber you couldn't even cut them. Last was mySons burger it was so burnt it was half the size of the bun. After all this I didn't say anything about the bug or the avocado,but after the burger I went up to the owner because he has been there every time we have gone, and when I told him everythingthat happened his answer was you should just ask for a new drink. Now I didn't expect a free meal, but after all this I wouldhave expected the owner to come to our table and apologize for the poor meal. please do yourself a favor and skip this place Read more
