Moved to downtown Pittsburgh after living and working in Dallas, Texas. The Roosevelt has been the perfect place. Great space,... amazing views, and could not be more conveniently located in the heart of the art district and literally minutes from HeinzField, PNC Park, and PPG Paints Arena. Food options are endless, and the quick walk to the Strip makes grocery shopping fun. The 24 hour security is like coming home to family. My one bedroom has tons of closet/storage, awesome windows in every room,and lots of space . I Love the kitchen and updated bathroom with an endless supply of hot water. The new common area makeshaving to do laundry almost enjoyable. No hesitation in renewing my lease for another year. Looking forward to seeing what thenew owners / management are doing at The Roosevelt. Love this place. Read more

Hello fellow viewers! I would like to express my satisfaction in my recent move to the Roosevelt building! I work within the... city as well as my fiancé, who is an adjunct instructor at Point Park University! We had been apartment searching for quitesome time and recently found a couple of apartments that interested us, one of them being the Roosevelt building! Out of thethree (3) different apartment buildings we toured, we took a liking to Roosevelt because of its calm and welcoming environment.We met the leasing agent, who was extremely professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions at the time of our tour!The views are great, the rooms are cozy, and the maintenance is always readily available if ever something needs repaired. Iwould recommend the Roosevelt building to anyone who is a teacher, health care worker, or works in the downtown area. It is anextremely convenient location to all attractions, hospitals and universities, so that was a plus for us. If anyone is interestedin a newly renovated, one bedroom apartment, then come check it out!
