Extremely disappointed with Adrian’s! After giving this pizza shop a ton of business over the last 2 years, I will never do... so again! I called in to place an order for my family, and the extremely disrespectful girl who answered the phone, not onlygave me the worst attitude because “I was taking too long” to order a meal for a family of 7. She then sighed because Iwanted to change something in my order. I immediately addressed her disrespectful customer service and demanded to speak to herManager for her terrible attitude and disrespect to a customer who has given this place a lot of business. While receiving noapology, no addressing of her inappropriate behavior, she hands over the phone, as she passed the phone over to her own managerwho she “reports to” she disrespectfully said “ This person wants to speak to a manager because she’s taking a thousandyears to place an order” and continued to mumble disrespect to others, for trying to feed a large family. I actually feelsorry for her oblivious ignorance and lack of patience at a workplace. I have never encountered such lack of respect andterrible customer service in my life! If you don’t “enjoy” your job. Then take your terrible attitude elsewhere or don’thave a job! Otherwise you will lose valuable customers to YOUR OWNERS restaurant. This “girl” who is answering the phone atAdrian’s needs a hard lesson on what is communication skills, patience during a busy time, active listening skills toattending customer needs, and most importantly, she needs an attitude change. The manager did address the disrespect of hisemployee, ended up calling me again to apologize, asked if I knew of anyone who is in need of a job, and to “ please send themhis way”. My advice to this place is, I shouldn’t be the one to find your business good working employees. This is a good pizza shop. Everything always comes out good from them BBQ Chicken Pizza was good and I loved the boneless wings... with honey garlic sauce. We ordered a salad and the delivery driver forgot to bring it but did come back with it. Mistakeshappen so that doesn't deter me from ordering from them again. ???? Read more
Interesting/unique pizza options, and tastes great. We hadn't ordered from Adrians in a while as we didn't know they delivered.... But we got a mac and cheese pizza delivered yesterday and it was super tasty! The delivery was about 25 minutes, which was quickand was also a lot faster than what was estimated by their app. Actually, after we ordered they increased the estimated time andI considered just canceling delivery to pick up the pizza, but I'm glad I didn't as it arrived quickly and was hot. We willorder from here again in the future and I look forward to trying some of the unusual pizzas on their menu. Read more
food from here is not good.....honestly everything taste old, freezer burnt or just downright disgusting. my workplace gets food... here once a week for employees and more than half the people won't even eat it. I placed my order online with slice. A minute later I get a call from a very young sounding girl asking if I forgot to tip. I... always tip cash and purposefully chose the cash tip option because I’ve worked service jobs for years and know how it goes..but thanks for the suggestion. Unprofessional.
