August 8, 2022 I got a sandwich there. Recieved metal in my sandwich from a broken piece of equipment. Asked for a refund on the... spot was told a manager has to do it. Took my name and number and never got back to me. I reached out numerous times to boththis store and corporate. Have never recieved a refund or an apology. Safe your money. I want to leave a good review but the door dasher or the restaurant left out two items from order. When I called they insisted... that they gave the driver everything and suggested that when I order next time they would give me the items. There will be nonext time. They need to reach out to me and correct their mistake. I have worked in food and beverage for 30 years and I havemade my share of mistakes. I correct them immediately., With no excuses. Nice. Clean seats n tables...compared to most Subways...but sub specialist wuz more egotistical n attitudish n wuznt paying... attention to anything I sed since she rather talk to the other girl who wuznt doing anything but sitting n playing on her phonebeing distracting while I wuz standing there. If the older lady wuz there I wud have got better service. But it's expected w/foriegnors. Just like young ppl will do they take their jobs very lightly n have very little consideration dignity or respect.Just y i barely go to Subway anymore. Read more
