It was just ok. The food was extremely dry. I don't know how it's possible to have rice that is that dry. It was also hard and... not cooked. The beans were very hard and the skin hurt my teeth. The chicken was also very dry and was like beef jerkyconsistency. It is better than other competitors of its kind but that's not saying too much. Staff wasn't very welcoming. Tableswere all filthy. Soda machine was out of mostly everything that I wanted. It wouldn't take much to stand out in the area sincethere is only one other burrito place. It has so much potential but is definitely lacking. Overall not bad, guacamole is included at no additional charge, burritos are huge but messy. They include chips with burritos... and have decent salsa bar (more on that in a moment) but charge about $2.50 if you want queso. On my visit the Coke freestylemachine was down so drinks were limited, I opted for a Sprite that was not very cold despite sitting in bath of ice on thecounter. The salsa bar was pretty barren, one of the salsas was discontinued and the overall appearance was just really messy. Idined in around 2pm so the lunch rush was mostly over yet the dining room looked like no one touched the tables or swept. Goodfood but inside was just really messy. Read more

I stopped in here for an early takeout lunch recently and had a good experience overall. My burrito was hot, tasty, and prepared... the way I like it. Much of this was likely due to the fact that I ordered in-person. Food ordering apps can be super convenientat times, but they also make it likelier that directions will get confused or mistakes made. If you want your food a specificway or are getting something for a special occasion, I suggest coming to order it yourself. I also want to add a word about thecleanliness of the restaurant. I came in about twenty minutes after they opened and everything was spotless. It seems then thatin addition to the unprecedented staffing shortage that every industry is currently facing, we?re also facing a collectiveshortage of good table manners and common sense. If the tables and dining area are filthy, that speaks volumes about thecustomers and how they behave in public. I don?t know how people raise their offspring now, but my mother would have a heartattack if she saw me leave a table dirty in a fast casual dining environment let alone drop something on the ground and not pickit up. Furthermore, if there are only two to three employees solely responsible for cooking, taking/making orders, monitoringthe delivery/takeout apps, and ringing up guests, I?d hesitate to place the blame for the condition of the restaurant on them ortheir manager (if they even have one). Call me crazy, but I don?t think they should be criticized because members of the publiccome in and act like they were born in a barn. Clean up after yourself if you eat out in a place like this, period. Read more

I?ve been eating at this Moes weekly, before I run my Saturday/Sunday errands, for almost two years now. The best way to... describe this establishment is: Subpar management. If I could draw a graph for the quality of food, customer service, andcleanliness of this restaurant, over the last two years, it would surely be trending downwards. Today at 1230 was no exception.Dirty tables and booths, messy salsa station, Soda machine with multiple selections out, broken chips on the floor, and a skinnymanager with glasses who would rather lose a long term customer than remake from scratch a poorly rolled burrito. I asked themanager to please remake a burrito that an obvious new trainee mangled and lost half of its contents/meat. His response was todump what was left in to a new shell and make a mini burrito. When I questioned his method, noting that I eat here weekly, hisresponse was ?Well, that?s a normal sized burrito man?. Let?s do some math. An average 1oz serving cup is approx 1.70 incheslong. Two of them side by side is 3.40 inches?.. meaning my adult (not kid size or junior) sized burrito was less than 3 and 1/2inches filled. So a normal Moes burrito is less than 3.50 inches full? What kind of crazy food cost algorithm is this managerfollowing that he would rather lose a weekly faithful customer of two years vs losing maybe $1.00 in food cost to serve mesomething pathetic like this? Here?s some bonus math for the owners of this establishment. I spend approx $15 a person eachweek at this Moes. $15 x 52 weeks is approx $800 a year/pp. That?s not even including the times I bring my son, spouse, coworkers or parents here each year. If the Manger is treating the person who is writing this review so poorly, just imaginethe profit that this store is bleeding. Death by a thousand cuts to their bottom line. There are probably a hundred places toget Lunch in Robinson. I won?t be back thanks to this experience. Read more

My first time at a Moe's! The food was amazing and the service was great! I had a stack and had white meat chicken, seasoned... rice, guacamole, pico de Gallo, olives, cheese and jalapenos on it. Read more
