I think I'm being generous with two stars, I had a chicken sandwich no drink my wife had a chicken salad with rice, no drink,... $27. The sandwich and the salad could have been bought across the street at Wendy's for half the price and just as good. Thegirl at the counter that took the order couldn't answer our questions we just wanted to know what take two meant, I just toldher I didn't want a half sandwich I wanted a whole sandwich. I hadn't been to Panera in 4 years and we couldn't remember why,now we know, I will say no one but the lady who I believe might have been the manager was friendly she was very nice. I did not get a chance to eat here because they did not make our order despite an hour wait during a non-rush hour. We ordered... via app and came by 20 minutes in to check in. They said they were working on it - came back again after an hour - no one wasworking on it and no one was at the front desk (we had to wave someone down). The restaurant is clean and people are friendly. The food tastes delicious. I ordered sourdough soup bowl, chocolates croissant,... and tea. The 4 star is because there was no hand soap in the women bathroom. Read more
Staff is very friendly, but the service is slow. Today it took 23 minutes for me to get a latte and a large Mac and cheese to... go. And this was after I said something. I asked 3x is this my order, they verified yes - I get back to work and it mostdefinitely was not my order but I got a free Caesar salad (sorry Kathryn).
