I ordered a Leonardo da Veggie sandwhich. They were already out of poppyseed bagels. The girl asked me if I wanted a pickle, I... said yes. I didn't get the pickle and she put swiss cheese on it instead of muenster cheese. She told me to pay and she'd bringit to me. If I could've watched her make it, I could've corrected her mistakes. The staff is extremely rude and they close food stations down early so that you can only get three or four things off the menu... later in the day. I?ve also noticed that for every 1 star review this place has, there?s a 5 star review right next to it sayingthat this store?s employees are fast and friendly, which is absolutely not the case. I really love bruegger?s and this is theonly one in the area and I really hope they fix this problem and get some new, friendlier staff. Read more

Good bagels, dependable coffee. I usually get salmon on an everything bagel and I?m glad they offer it here there other places... nearby do not. While I like the convenience of using their app to order ahead there?s no way to customize the order (I usuallyask for extra toasted). Staff are friendly and quick even when busy. I keep coming back. It?s not NYC street bagels but Ihaven?t had a good NYC street bagel in NYC recently anyway. Read more
