Got order wrong and very rude when asked about that. Said I didn't order what I said I ordered. She was too busy asking customer... for tip inside store. A different group of ees from just last week. Bring them back!! Will try a diff day and time and hope fora different crew. Read more
I haven?t seen such incompetence in I can?t remember when. The kitchen staff seemed to be on the ball? but everyone else was... clueless. By the time I got my dinner the au jus was cold .. forgot the extra cheese cup. The bun was stale. No horsey sauce? noreceipt (out of paper) I could go on and on? After 10 minutes... or so they asked for our order and told us ?we are out of roast beef?. How are you out of the main thing you sell? And whymake us wait at the drive through 10 minutes to tell us?
