Unfortunately, our waitress was just completely unattentive to the point of hurting our feelings. My mom had to eat her salad... with her fingers because there was no silverware for her. I had to go ask another waitress to ask ours to bring some silverware.I really wanted to give a great tip and hoped our visit would turn around, but my mom asked for water and got sprite, mydiabetic dad got sweet iced tea and ordered unsweetened. Refills didn't come until we were finished eating because there were noclean cups according to our waitress. She said something about being confused and that she wasn't supposed to be serving ourtable. She had an excuse for every ounce of lackluster service and we just left feeling really neglected. I still gave a nicetip because I can't tip poorly even though the service was just plain awful. She was catching some guff from her coworkers forsitting at the bar, while waiting for us to finish deciding on what we wanted to order, and she was sitting down on the seat inthe lobby talking to people when we first got there. When the host told her that we were going to be seated in her section, italmost felt like we were an inconvenience to her. I just have no idea what's going on here, but it was not a nice experience formy mother's birthday. I really wish I could've wrote a happier review. Read more
Me and my boyfriend stopped about 8:30 for a bite to eat. They were a little busy but there wasn't a wait. Our waitress was... awesome. She was very attentive and got us extra biscuits when we asked :) I had a side salad and lobster bisque. It wassmooth and creamy and delicious!!! He got calamari and crab ragoon stuffed shrimp (new menu item) and they were both cooked toperfection and yummy. Read more

Birthday event was a success. Our waitress was the best. The food was plentiful, hot and filling. Our waitress even... participated in becoming a photographer. Thumb up.
