This place has gone down hill. They dont bring the correct order to you and they forget to bring the whole order. I ordered... chicken penne pesto pasta and they brought me chicken penne pasta with red sauce. On my sub they put hardly any toppings, just alittle lettuce with litterally two or three strands of an onion. It took over an hour for those two items. When I talked to themanager they just blamed it on their inexperienced staff. My wallet dosent care about thier inexperience, just make the foodcorrectly and deliver it. I?m confused.... a medium and large are a different circumference but same amount of slices? On top of all of all that my wings... average out to be the same price as the whatever size pizza. That all could be okay if customer service was at least DECENT. Iput down a tip in the tip jar and it was immediately grabbed by a person who refused to even look me in the eye. Old and soggy buffalo wings. I had my friend picking up from your place. And I received this horrible one. When I called, the... manager asked me to bring it back or he won?t do anything which I can?t. I don?t have a car and I won?t drag all my kids walkingat night because of wings. This place is terrible in service and food. We ordered two pizzas at 6:30. We were quoted 45 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes... after ordering, we called asking where our pizza was. No phone call was made to us to let us know that there would be a delay. We were told that the pizza was on the way. Two hours after ordering our pizza we called again asking where our pizza was.Again, no phone call was made to us updating us on the delay. We were told that it would be twenty minutes more because thedriver had to go back and get new pizzas, so at least our pizzas would be fresh. This time, the driver did actually show up. Hedid not offer any sort of discount for the two and half hour delay. We had to call the store to talk to a manager. The managerwould not budge at first, but then finally offered to email us a coupon for a free pizza at a later date. In no way would weever want any sort of pizza from this place.
