Worst ever experience. They are not moving fast enough. People putting the ingredients in the bowl are stingy and rationing the... food. Asked for extra stuff like corns, cheese etc., and the girl was rationing and not even making an effort to put extrastuff. Order was not finished and the girl was in a hurry to pack it up. I love Chipotle but I should just learn to stop going to this location altogether. The past three times I?ve visited, I?ve... encountered issues. The first time I swiped my credit card to pay, was given a receipt and when I was going to get a fork, I wasapproached saying they didn?t receive my payment. I checked my bank account and saw the purchase was pending but they insisted Ineeded to swipe my card again and it wouldn?t charge me twice so I did and lo and behold, the next day I was double charged. SoI go back to the store to get my money refunded (because they can?t reimburse me over the phone). Next time I visit, same thinghappens where they didn?t receive my payment even though I got a receipt and had to swipe again (this time wasn?t double chargedbut I would?ve been so annoyed if it did. I ordered here from DoorDash and waited over 2 hours for them to tell my dasher that they had made my order a long time ago and... that it was probably ?taken? and they refused to remake it. On top of that they got annoyed that ?people keep asking about thisorder?? they did not communicate it was prepared or ready to be picked up at all so no one knew to go inside to grab it if theyreally did make the order. This franchise used to be great. Now the service is mediocre, and the management now started to charge more than a dollar for... additional rice or beans. Seriously? Guys, there are plenty of Chipotles around Pittsburgh with much better service and theydon't skimp on food for their customers. I do hope the managers take action to improve this location. This place needs better management period point blank it's ridiculous to constantly run out of food...NO GUAC NO PEPPERS AND... ONIONS and scrapping rice from the bottom of the container and this isn't the first time I experienced this at this location...and we're not going to get into the wait times just unacceptable especially when prices have gone up.
