Never had a bad experience when picking up my mobile orders and the staff has always been friendly. This time when I placed my... mobile order for the new Apple crisp Macchiato, I walked in and noticed that my cup was a tall instead of a grande. I brought itup to the Lady with the blonde Ombré (?) who immediately remade it for me and let me keep the tall one which I gave to mygrandmother.
