Their green tea passion fruit papaya flavors has 28 g of added sugar. Not such a healthy drink for a diabetic. The French onion... soup is sweet because the onions are so caramelized. I asked the cashier the difference between bistro French onion in Frenchonion and she told me because it was made with beef broth. Two days in a row, I ordered the $7 breakfast sandwich for rapid pickup and received a scrambled egg patty on a piece of bread,... with nothing, while still being charged the full amount. If they don't have *any* of the ingredients to make my order then theyneed to indicate that on the app, call and tell me, or just cancel my order. Trying to whip up a cheap replacement when they'reclearly out of most of their breakfast items is not an acceptable solution. Read more

I don't usually rate chains because they are all the same but this experience was bad. The place is filthy. The sign that... talks about how often they clean the surfaces is dirty so there's some irony. The straws were all covered in splashed soda tothe point of being wet. The drink station was a disaster. Every place is short staffed I know but I didn't want to touchanything. The food could have saved it, but it the salad was full of grizzly dark chicken and the salad seemed thrown together. Read more
