Always enjoy a good Mexican style restaurant. However one thing I do not enjoy is seeing the bottom of a container dumped on top... of a fresh container. Especially when you can see the contents. Corn tomatoes onions all scrapped from the bottom of the sourcream. Those contents were mixed in to a fresh container then served. Had to wait for the server to make a few trips to theback to resupply the bowl lids and other toppings. Meanwhile there are clearly employees not doing anything. This caused theline to back up making other people wait. Funny thing is it is faster to order take out then it is to come into therestaurant... I know this cause I often do mobile orders while on the store when the line is backed up with 7 or 8 peoplewaiting. Read more
I love Chipotle and used to eat at this one quite regularly several years ago. However, today, we just walked out. It was... FILTHY. I'm not kidding. There was spilled food on every surface in the kitchen and prep area that was visible. Yes, it is lunchtime and things get busy but cleanliness in the food prep area has to take priority. Then as as were walking out we noticed eventhe floor was covered in debris. And the pole by the line where you wait was sticky to the touch. I know it is difficult to getand keep trained staff in this post covid world but this is unacceptable even for rush time. I have worked in deli and cafe andrestaurant settings, both front and back house, and keeping a clean work station was drilled into me. I'm posting here in hopesthat management will address the issue and move forward. And in hopes that staff is not penalized but trained properly. Who doesn't like burritos? I mean, there will be some people but the majority of people love burritos. This place is spacious... and has a lot of chairs and tables. It is a bit cheaper and more delicious. I know, this place doesn't offer you free chipshowever, it is still worth your money. It is also fast. When I was there, there were so many people and the employees were soorganized that they were able to clear the crowded line fast. I would totally come back here again! Read more
If I could rate 0 stars I would. The chips are so stale they are bendy. Staff is so extremely slow paced. The entire kitchen... area as well as seating area is a dirty, messy disaster. Chicken was so burnt that it looked like black tar. The last couplestimes I came here they?ve had no vinaigrette. You also have to repeat what you want 10 times for them to get your order right. Ordered a salad for pickup for 7:30. Got there at 7:32 and it wasn't ready yet. Wouldn't be a big deal for me, but place was... dead. Guy making the food had no urgency and was choosing what music to play on the line instead. I opened the salad when I gothome. He forgot the lettuce.
