Very dissatisfied with ice cream cone. The young girl handed it out the window and cone was dripping down the sides. The 3 young... girls working there were giggling because it was melting. It is only 63 degrees outside so it wasn't due to the weather. DairyQueen should have a mature person to run the store in the evening hours. Read more

I stopped in on a Sunday morning/early afternoon to grab an ice cream cake and was greeted by a very friendly employee.. he took... the time to explain each ice cream cake case. Horrible with door dash. Last 4 times really sucked. Just highlighting this last order, 2 burger combos 1 no lettuce, pretzels,... pumpkin blizzard, and a brownie blizzard no chocolate nibs add fudge. Received: 2 burgers both with lettuce no fries, pumpkinblizzard, brownie blizzard with nibs no fudge. It was reported to door dash who reimbursed for the fries, woo hoo. Calledthere to complain, was told by manager he couldn't do anything just call dd. There is something he can do, how about doing YOURjob, quality control, making sure what is ordered is actually in the bags before leaving the premises. We'll, gtg the side Ihad to cook is almost ready to eat with our now cold burgers. Won't be ordering again and the owners need to take a look attheir management. Read more
