Came in around 10:30pm Waited about 20 minutes to get seated. Then once we got seated it took 25 minutes to order our drinks.... After ordering our drinks it took them 10 minutes to come back with the drink. Read more

Hello, I am only giving it 3 stars because the food is generally good but I do have a complaint to make about a server named... Heather in the harmarville location. She is not the nicest person. I take my family out to eat on Tuesdays and Thursdays becausekids eat free. A mother has to save money somehow. We have been going consistently but lessened over how she has treated me. Thefirst time was a few months ago we were finished eating, leaving our table. She was cleaning other tables and said very loudlyfor us not to come back as other people could overhear. And other comments I do not recall. But I have spoke to the manager thatday and she told me this waitress does not like many people like that is excusable and should have be put through that. Thiswaitress did my bill and even tried overcharging me for 2 kids meals. I've never been charged for any 3 of my kids because 2kids per 1 adult are free and I always come with their father which makes all of mine free. She argued with the manager my billwas right and even she questioned it. She noticed it was not and corrected my total. Currently, this past Tuesday October 25th Iwas meeting with my family. I came into the restaurant, was seated. As this same waitress who seems to have some problem withme, walked over. Looked at me and said "oh no I am not serving you. You can leave. I'm the only one here." So when my sisterand my mother joined up with me. I relayed what she said and we walked out. My mom and my sister are phenomenal tippers to asthey worked in the service industry all their life so she missed out as she walked us walk out the door. It's the principle ofthe matter, you never speak badly of customers at all. I don't cause a scene, I'm not disruptive so I have no clue what her dealis with me. And in this world at this time of age, I know that there are people who don't want to work so companies like thesekeep people regardless of their demeanor. And that's not okay. It's wrong. When a customer calls to ask a super simple question and gets put on hold 2 times and left on hold for 10 minutes each time and... when they try to call back to get answers and the phone is disconnected you know you need better staff. The fact that basiccustomer service is below your restaurant is deeply disappointing considering it has been a place of many good memories for me. Read more

Wanted to get out of the house and decided on Denny's. Worst experience ever here. Waited over an hour for our food. My... hamburger was burnt and french fries cold. His steak had a hair cooked into it. Mashed potatoes were cold and must of sat for awhile before we got them. Asked for new fries and waited another 20 minutes until we said forget it. They weren't even busy whenwe got there. Many customers walked out that came after us. Ended going to Subway. Read more
