So not thrilled with service at this location. 45-50 minute wait for order. They continued to take orders even though the... existing orders weren't being filled . The manager finally came out of his office to stop orders being taken and thendisappeared to the back once again, leaving employees struggling to fill orders. Not sure exactly what the issue is but if you happen to choose the outside drive thru lane no one will ever know that you are... there. You'll watch everyone on the inside lane go ahead of you. The staff is fantastic and they work extremely hard for very little pay, and must put up with a lot of unjustified negative... behavior from customers. You should never eat the food at any McDonald's, as it is so incredibly harmful to your health. Isuggest that before going to McDonald's next time, do some research and find out what ingredients are in their products. And ifyou do go, make sure you tell the staff how much you appreciate them... A simple thank you for all you do, or a specificcompliment of any sort will make someone's day I promise. And if you really want to do something that makes a huge positivedifference, take note or ask the name of the employees you interact with, then call the customer service number on the receiptand tell them how good their employees are, and how good your experience was. Never mind the food, these are the mosthard-working employees that you will encounter, and they hardly ever get compliments. Calling that customer service number andgiving specific names sometimes even can help get someone a raise or promotion! And to top it all off many times when you takethe time to call the customer service number on the receipt, they will send you coupons to thank you for your feedback soeveryone wins! And in the interest of full disclosure, no I have never worked there, but I have been a manager at a similarestablishment in the same industry and guarantee you I know what I'm talking about.
