I couldn’t tell you if the Mexican cuisine they serve is authentic. I can only state that it’s delicious, and a bit unique.... For dining in, the atmosphere and service were very good. We happened to sit near the kitchen, and couldn’t help but noticethat there were to-go orders flying out the door. My chicken mole enchilada was delightful. The only downside is that the bararea, which we prefer to sit at, was PACKED, but that’s a very small complaint. We enthusiastically recommend. Read more
I would come back to the Franklin Inn just for the margaritas. However, the food was great and so was the service. It was packed... but we were seated in 5-mins. They are technologically advanced too. You get on the waitlist via a tablet and we paid for ourfood via a QR code at the end. It wasn’t required but it made the process faster. I’ve gotten the Mole Enchiladas and the Frisco Lime & Corn Enchiladas while dining here for dinner and they are SO GOOD! The... Mole sauce reminded me of my grandma’s and the lime and corn enchiladas were so light and refreshing. The... restaurant is currently trying to hire employees for many positions, and that understaffing might explain the long waits. Iwaited 50 minutes for my food to be brought out. My waitress had a warm personality and seemed to care about her customers. Asfor the food, I liked the tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa. My vegetable fajita was reasonably good. My husband did notenjoy his steak fajita at all, and he said that it lacked flavor. Our taste buds like only slightly spicy foods, but werecommend that the cooks here add more seasoning. Read more

My all time favorite place. Food is excellent. Staff is great. Margaritas are strong and taste incredible. I strongly suggest... whatever seasonal one they have. They are unique and delicious. It fills up quick. We try to go right around opening time. Read more
