This is hands down the worst Wendy?s in Pittbsurgh. They are always messing up orders and the women they have working the drive... through has the worst customer service. Save yourself the trip and go to the one on West Liberty. This one is horrific. Read more

I visit this location often as I live nearby. The friendliness of the staff seems to have improved lately. They do mess up... orders but I've only experienced it very occasionally. Sometimes the drive thru can be slow. Overall, they have decent serviceand I'll continue to visit. Read more
It was a horrible experience. Sat in the Drive-Thru 45 minutes spent almost $30 and still didn't get what I ordered including... hot fresh fries which are touted now as they're specialty. Don't believe the hype they were reheated old hard not crunchy justhard fries. Next time I go across the street to Arby's the Old Reliable since the pandemic. Seems with most fast food placesanymore you never know what you're going to get. Not so with Arby's it seems their food is always the same whether it's a gyroor the chicken salad you know what you're getting every time. I always take it out so I don't have to deal with the insidepeople I didn't have a great time with them. But if you take it out your take out line there's never more than 10 or 15 minutesand the food is always fantastic with a little bit more of money you pay it's worth it. Wendy's not so much you're scratched offmy list all together now. We'll miss my bacon cheeseburger but it's been a hit or miss prop for the last year anyway.
