Well, I had to switch it to a 1 star. I?ve tried multiple times with the bucket of fries. The bucket is never full and if you go... at night they?re just chillin. Mad relaxed. Taking their good ole time. I?m a patient dude. I can wait. I don?t mind waiting,but at least fill up the dang bucket. Is it that difficult to fill up the bucket. Read more
It was clean and the staff was nice. The hot dog was hot and the bin was not died out. What more can you want
Hands down worst sheetz location I've ever been to. Don't even think of going there for food on the overnight shift. They'll lie... about being busy when there are literally 3 customers in the store and blame it on non-existent online orders during times whenonline ordering is down on mobile devices. On multiple occassions I have received orders missing multiple elements that costupcharges, missing sauces, wrong sauces on things, incorrect number labels, wrong items altogether, cold, and waited almost anhour when like I said, there were 4-5 food orders within that hour. I stood there and watched the employees bumble around withno sense of urgency like fish flopping out of water. Total confusion for no reason. I wouldn't be this upset if it didn't happenevery single time I'm there and if the managers on duty were remotely apologetic or accommodating. I hate this place. And I usedto work for sheetz so I know the drill before yall come for me with some "you don't understand how it is". Read more
