This place used to be a good place to grab a quick bite, but lately on Fridays, during day times when it?s absolutely not busy,... it became so slow that I just stopped placing orders, because it takes ages to actually get food. Avoid it, if you can. Read more
If you mobile order anywhere near common eating times you will wait well beyond your "promised time" and it's probably going to... be cold. I witnessed someone walk in, order, eat, and leave all while waiting for my mobile order. If it doesn't help you dealwith large lunch volume what is the point. You may have a better experience walking in and ordering if you don't mind the 12people standing around waiting for their mobile order. Read more
Either lazy or poor planning. Store is out of both steak and guac at 6pm when they close at 10. Raising prices, serving less... food. Chipotle, at least in this area, has gone downhill over the last 2-3 years. Read more
This place is beyond repair. They put out online/ delivery orders at the pace of one every 5 minutes. Half the store is taken up... by people who ordered online & delivery drivers who have been waiting 20+ minutes for their orders past the pickup time. Alwaysdisorganized and seemingly disoriented employees. Consistently running out of white rice, black beans, chicken, chips,guac?pretty much everything that makes a chipotle a chipotle. Tables are literally never wiped down, staff is a joke, managementis even worse than the staff. Save your money and sanity; just go to the Cochran or Bridgeville locations. It?s worth the extradrive to actually get an edible meal in a timely fashion. DoorDash/ UberEats drivers AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Update:on the order that I delivered, the bag was completely soaked and ripped through, causing half of the customer?s order to spillall over me and my car. Do yourself a favor and don?t go here.
