how you not deliver it's your main selling point
Worst delivery experience of my life. Awful management. Awful customer service. I ordered online on May 30th @5pm and there... hours say they?re open until 8pm. I paid $29.64 for the order (this included my 20% tip online). The order neverarrived!!! My order status online said ?out for delivery?. I called 4 times and nobody picked up. After an 1.5 hours I calledthe JJs at Penn Station and had to place the exact same order with them and pay over the phone. They first tried to get aholdof JJs on Carson but they couldn?t reach anyone either. After 4 days went by I still hadn?t heard from anyone at the JJ onCarson about the $29.64 I paid for the undelivered order. On June 4th I called them ? It took 2 calls just for someone topickup. I explained the issue and they said they couldn?t reopen / cancel / refund / void the order since it was placed on adifferent day??? That makes no sense to me but I was tired and I just wanted my issue resolved. The said they would credit myaccount for the amount I ordered and I could re-place the order with them. However, I paid $29.64 and the would only credit me$25 for the items (and not for the tax or 20% tip). It is now June 4th @4:30pm ? I finally got my order and because theyrefused to refund me I ended up paying a 20% tip for a sandwich that was delivered 5 days late? had I know it was going to take5 days ? I would have tipped them $0 or something low like 10% so as not to screw the driver (I guess). Worst deliveryexperience of my life. I am astonished that they are even still in business. Read more
ordered deliver at 11:44AM. The order was out for delivery at 12:03. I live 3 minutes from this store. After 30 minutes, at... 12:30, I started to get worried as my lunch break was ending soon. I called the store at 12:45, to ask if there was a problem,and without giving my name or any information about my order, was told "it's out for delivery" and hung up on. It's now an hourlater and I still don't have jimmy johns, and the store won't answer any calls. Avoid this mismanaged store like the plague. Read more
