The food is good, but we don?t go here anymore since new management raised the prices. An extra dollar per taco really adds up... and it?s unfortunate because taco ingredients are not expensive. Seems like a greedy move ? definitely a bummer. Read more
First things first, I love the flavors here! I have never ever had anything that didn?t taste great! I am always given great... portions, and one time when they were out of an item, they kindly offered me substitutes that were worth more than what Ioriginally wanted, and free drinks. I?ll never stop coming here ?BUT ? the customer service needs a redo. They guys are alwaysfriendly to me, but most times it?s like high school/college buddies that are cutting up and not realizing how unprofessional itlooks. One time one of the guys took the ear buds of the other, and they were being silly, and then the second guy took his earbuds back and rubbed off the wax and put them in his pocket ?while wearing gloves, which he didn?t change before using his handsto flip a tortilla. I called him out and he was apologetic, changed his gloves and threw away the tortilla, but what if Ihadn?t? Come on guys! - Bull River has a good thing here! Don?t ruin it! UPDATE 8/24/22 - I was invited back to try Bull Riveragain under the new management. As I mentioned before, taste was never the issue and my meal was delicious as usual (see pics).But this time they added what was missing before - professionalism! Quality customer service! Went to have lunch on break. The new owner Tina is a lovely lady, great to talk to and the food was definitely what I fell in... love with when I first started going quick and delicious?. My tacos were so gooood definitely will frequent more and more.Thanks for being so inviting and giving great service! Read more
New management and staff is absolutely wonderful!!! Same menu so it was a very easy transition, servers took great detailed care... of my large order to fulfill my needs and wants. Very professional, almost no wait, oh! And food was delicious of course!!! Read more

I never had issues with the past owners or customer service. The food was good and the portions were a great value for the... price. I would stop in at least once a week for lunch. The value just hasn't been the same since the new owners took over. Theprices went up and the portions have gotten much smaller. As a result I've been eating here less often. Today's visit was justdisappointing and a much needed wake up call. I paid $11 for large pork nachos that had barely any meat and $5 for a containerof beans wasn't even half full. The prices don't justify what is being offered and this neighborhood has a ton of otherrestaurants that are offering a much better value. This will be my last visit to Bull River. Read more
