This Chipotle was so good for so long, but recently the pick up / take out order quality has gone way down. The burritos have... been almost half the size of a "normal" Chipotle burrito. Exasperating that issue on my latest order was that the tortilla wastorn, which there was no reason for because of the aforementioned size discrepancy. Definitely hoping the QC here gets back upto snuff since Chipotle locations in the South Hills are so spread. Read more
This place is awesome. Manager Brianna is a big help if you ever need it. Quality of food is perfect, unlike other Chipotle's.... Keep in mind, however, due to this location being highly popular, dinner time is more busier than not, so take aside some timewhen going in there after 5:30 p.m., did have a long wait while in there, and some people in line left, but the wait is expectedsince they were slammed with online orders and short staffed. The majority of the employees were working the Togo orders whilethere was only two working for the volume in the store, hopefully they can take some of the burden off of some of the employeesand add a few more during high traffic times. Wad there on Wed. 10/12/22. Got there at 6:03 and left at 6:34 p.m. after gettingmy food while in line, just checked Uber receipt to get the exact time. The long wait, over 25 minutes was was still worth it.Not the employees fault, high demand not enough staff. I think corporate/management/both are concerned about profitability or something. These serving sizes are getting downright... petite. I bought two burritos tonight with the intention of one now, one for lunch tomorrow. Each are barely bigger than sizeof my fist. Tack on 2 small guacs and I'm at $25, which will probably just all be dinner tonight. I can tolerate the wait,making like 20 orders per hour, hey whatever. But, that's pretty expensive for Chipotle considering you can have a sit downmeal at legit Mexican restaurants around here for that. I've been coming here consistently since I was in high school, over 10years ago at this point, and it's gotten to the point where I felt the need to review. That should tell you plenty. Read more
