Yikes. Should've walked right out when I realized a restaurant in Pittsburgh didn't serve Heinz as it was a sign of things to... come. Food was fair, but service was abominable. Had to flag the waitress down 3 times to only see her vaping and rolling hereyes when asked for a refill on bottomless drinks. Didn't have actual silverware or even a plastic knife. The entire staff withone lone exception, the bartender, was completely disengaged and everyone (6 tables) in the restaurant had empty drinks, lookeddisgusted, or both. I wasn't expecting white table cloth service, but at least a general interest in their customers. Read more
Terrible service - Food was good: We had a party of 6 sitting at a booth. We got seated fast and many of the workers introduced... themselves to our table, a little odd, but OK. During the whole time we were there the staff was sitting at the end of the bardrinking, vaping, and on there phones. One of the servers would come over every 10-15min to check in. We had to ask for menus,silverware, napkins, refills. Drinks took about 10-15min every time we ordered one... one other table was sat during our timethere. Ordered the BBQ chicken bites, there was no sauce and were served in a small "boat" with about 7 bite size pieces. Ourmeals were tasty and came out fast. Super empty at brunch on Saturday. Still took forever to get a drink. Got a bloody Mary cause of the picture in the review and... was told "oh... Every bartender makes them different" and was brought out a tall glass of bloody Mary mix with MAYBE a shot ofvodka. No garnish or spice. Left before we wasted our time ordering food. There were only 8 options on the menu for lunch andbreakfast, and there was no drink menu. They only had one food menu for the entire table of 6. Edit: The response isinadequate. There was no drink menu. No pitchers offered by server. No options presented for different bloody marys. Also, thepicture on the site of the garnished bloody mary is a single drink, not a pitcher. One of the best places I’ve ever been!!! I came from brunch and my friends and I got 2 bottles of champagne for only 26$... Needless to say we had a great time. I got the avocado toast and it was awesome!! Make sure to sit where the bartender Elle is!!She was happy and pleasant. Will be returning soon. Read more
