We enjoyed our visit to Proper! The drinks, food and staff were wonderful! I had a specialty drink that was yummy! They have... several draft beer options! I’m not a huge IPA fan but I am a big Buffy fan and there was a draft beer from Helltown Brewingnamed after my favorite TV show! The appetizer we got was the Brussel sprouts, so very good and unique. I recommend gettingthem!! Pasta entrees were flavorful and the perfect portion. You can tell the pasta is fresh and it was cooked perfectly. A friend and I went here for dinner on a Thursday night. We got there shortly after opening and were seated right away. The... service was excellent - our waitress was Amanda and she was able to give us great recommendations on the menu. She was sopersonable and warm. The bartender Russ was amazing. Our drinks came SO quickly after ordering and the special cocktails wereoutstanding. My friend got the 'How Bout Them Apples' and it tasted like Autumn in a glass. Russ was training another bartenderthat night and we got to sample a drink not on the menu called a 'Peanut Butter Old Fashioned.' It was to die for and shouldabsolutely be on the menu for the season. The Candy Bacon appetizer was perfect and the pizza was everything I wanted. We leftstuffed and happy!
