My full reviews are posted on Yelp. This particular Giovanni?s is horrible. I used to love this place. They genuinely had good... food at one point in time. Especially their chicken. Last time I went here the lettuce was wilted and rotted on my Caesar salad.Ordered chicken Alfredo for it to come with no chicken on it. Found a hair in the side salad my pasta dish came with. Opened upthe foil pack of garlic bread to see it was burnt. Not trying to be super negative, but compared to the OLD Giovanni?s that Iused to know and love, their food is a disaster now. Shop workers demand you bring any food back to get any kind ofcompensation. Inflation is at a record high and people don?t need to be paying high prices for very low quality food. Afterdoing some research and seeing how many health code violations this restaurant has had, I won?t be eating here again. Go onGiovannis page on Yelp to see all of their health code violations! Don?t listen to any rude comments from business ownersbecause they love to pretend like they care about google reviews when their service should speak for itself! Read more

I ordered an item that didn't have lettuce or tomato. The item showed up with lettuce and tomato. When I called them the manager... told me to scape the lettuce and tomato off like she was my mother! It was a lady working at 1230am Friday November 18th. Shethen threatened me with hanging up without receiving a refund or having my wrong food corrected. Apon receiving a new item Idiscovered they served me raw meat that I could of gotten sick off of. This lady needs fired. Read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! PLEASE READ!!! This IS THE Giovanni?s in town on 6th st. Placed an order for pickup. Pizza -... ok Raviloli - mediocre Italian hoagie - SEE PICTURES! The meat was rancid, it SMELLED! Made my daughter gag; was NOTedible! Called and asked for a manager, was placed on hold. Someone else picked up, on hold again. This happened 2 more timesbefore a manager picked up. Told them about the hoagie and asked them to refund me for the hoagie. Manager said, ?sure, if youbring it back?. WHAT?! So we did. I took the hoagie down and told them to smell the meat, look at it! I demanded a full refunddue to the inappropriate handling of this situation. The manager had no empathy and did not care at all. I WILL be calling andvisiting tomorrow! I will also be calling the health department due to how rancid this meat looked, smelled, and tasted! Read more

Great pizza and cheese cake, really good experience after the Steelers game. The restaurant was. totally packed but we got our... pizza and meal in less than 20 minutes, which was great. Overall, great experience - not the best pizza ever, but a really goodpie for the price and location. Read more
