Do not go here! We went for dinner today to celebrate our 7 year old daughters’s one year anniversary of surviving cancer.... The waitress asked us if we needed boxes as soon as we started eating and it was obvious they were trying to make people eatfast. My daughter was still eating her ice cream when an older man in a gray jacket came over and asked us to hurry and leave sothey could use the table. All the while an older woman in a maroon apron was staring us down the whole time. Needless to say wewill never be back. Discrimination is real and to do that to a little girl celebrating being alive is a absolutely horrible!They should be ashamed of themselves! Read more
Horrible experience. We got charged for the people across from us AND our own bill.. after the waiter said he “voided” the... other peoples bill.. which was $70. My bank account still says I paid for both the $70 meal AND my own bill.. Read more
I am ALWAYS happy with my food and experiences here and this visit was no exception! We got hibachi lunch with a side of sushi... and the food was scrumptious! Love their sushi especially, this time I got Las Vegas roll, oh yum!! The lunch portions ofhibachi are still excellent, I had plenty to take home for another meal. Great experience! This is the 2nd time we have been here for a family dinner with party of 6. Had a reservation and they seated... us right away. The food was tasty and hibachi shrimp dinner was great. Although costly, they do give you large portion sizes anda nice hibachi experience/show. Only improvement that could have been made was that we felt a little rushed as they alreadybrought out the bill when we had just gotten our food and started eating. In the future I would recommend the servers to let theguests enjoy the experience and ambience before rushing them to finish their food and hurrying them prematurely. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT The manager at this establishment is extremely rude. We arrived for our 6pm reservation and was directed to... wait in the corner by the bar. We thought it was weird, but complied. We then waited for 30 minutes until I voiced concern afterseeing 4 groups of 19 people seated before us. They somehow forgot they made us wait in the corner and we were finally seatedafter 40 minutes. Our waiter was cold and kept rolling his eyes. They didn’t apologize or even treat us like they wanted usthere. We love coming to Ichiban, but we will never return to this location due to the disrespect and rudeness of the manager. Read more
