Finding this place is a task, so I should mention it's actually on Eighteenth Street to the right. Located in The Pennsylvania... Market (18th Street entrance is outdoor seating area where Edgar's is located, a pizza shop, & some type of Bar. 19th Entranceis indoor shops & etc). Edgar's best entrance is right next to The Jerky Experience shop. This place is truly a hidden GEM! GladI took the time to finally check it out! Holy Guacamole! What a DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE! Edgar is the sweetest Man! So bubbly &smiley, His energy is infectious! Food is authentic, light & refreshing! Taco shells are grilled to perfection all ingredientsseasoned just right!
