Poorly run. Took 30 plus mins for in store order. Most of staff standing around including manager.
Burgers are always amazing, generally the fries are also, but not recently. Very soggy, couldn't finish them, which is a bummer... because they're usually really good. Read more
Usually much better service and quality but for some reason today, patties crispy on one side, not enough toppings, fries were... undercooked and not the typical portions. Not worth the price paid. We all have bad days and this was probably one of them.... Read more
I really do not understand how this place has almost 5 stars. The food did not taste good. Almost $60 and we threw most of it... away. Buns seemed old. Grilled cheese were black from being burnt. Not sure why my food tasted like onions. Maybe they grilledonions at the same time. Very disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day, a really bad day. Probably won't be coming back. My first time visiting this location, but my 6th Five Guys overall. I actually came to shop at another store in the plaza and... was pleasantly surprised to see this restaurant, so I decided to make an unexpected stop! It was a Monday evening at around5:30pm with only a couple other people trickling in and out while I was there. Despite the quiet the 5-6 visible employees allkept busy cleaning the seating area or preparing food, unlike another location I've been to with too much goofing off. Mytypical order was prepped and called out in only 7 minutes, very fast. I ate there and as a result the food was super hot andfresh. As always the fries were overflowing the cup (one of my favorite things about Five Guys) and you can see I spilled themall out onto the wrapper in the photo. You really only need to order a small for a single person. Small cheeseburger, Cajunfries, and chocolate shake were very good and on par with other locations. A bit pricey at $18 for one person, but I prefer thetaste and quality to other fast food joints and have never really had a bad experience unlike at nearly every McDonald's withsticky floors and screwed up orders. To be fair it was hard to up the price with one of their tasty milkshakes, although I doalso love that they have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines to mix yourself a perfect flavored pop/soda! Read more
