Lower level unsure about upper level assume it's the same. Worst customer service I've seen in a while. I cut slack considering... everyone is hurting for employee, but time after time the employees are rude. The establishment opens late and closes early(unless the hours are just not updated properly). Highly disappointed hopefully someone reads this and addresses it. Plenty ofmall employees love going here but slowly losing them will really hurt. Read more
