Can never go wrong with a quick breakfast jack combo but the customer service here was absolutely terrible when I got there... there was nobody there and I see why. For this area a Jack in the box should be super busy & the way I was treated like I wasbothersome to employees and had to wait a while to ask for sauce also asked to use the restroom twice and was told to hold onand my order got ready before someone let me use the restroom as they had a code on door. Very irritated by the entireexperience. I?m not sure what the kids name was who was the most rude but he was there taking my order on this Saturday morningbefore noon. Been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes, just one car in front of me now. Had to give my order twice at the drive thru... speaker because the worker could not hear me due to her coworker yelling at her and she was ready to walk out. How do I knowthis? I use to love coming here a few years ago but since I?ve been back the employees are rude and KRISTA who was blonde and looked... in her 40-50s was sweating all over, KRISTA was extremely rude and didn?t allow me to go to the bathroom I felt it was raciallymotivated because she expressed that she did not want me to use the restroom due to her not wanting to clean up after me, as ifI was going to trash the place ?? I just wanted to wash my hands because the place was filthy with beetles crawling.. and whenwe first arrived the floors were wet without a sign and she advised us to be careful because she had just washed the floorswhich were completely wet with dirt and a few bugs she rolled her eyes after. After her refusing to let paying customers use thebathroom to wash our hands we asked for a full refund due to her very immature behavior and because she looked kinda slovenlyand she was sweating a lot her coworkers were also all glaring at us. I won?t come back here unfortunately That was too awful ofan experience and I would advise people to just go the Jack and box on Union and 7th because they were a lot nicer. Do not comehere they are careless with your food and rude because your ordering it, & it seems like KRISTA hangs out behind circle k atnight to get her fix if you know what I mean? Read more
