For a chain, I'm always impressed by this place and today was no exception! Friendly, fast and affordable breakfast items. Always fresh bagels, try their lemonades!
Food is great but service can be so inconsistent. Some days I?m in and out but today I was late for work because it took 50... minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. If they hire more help I?d love to give them a better rating but understaffing and slowservice is really something management should be addressing. What... really blows my mind is that for a bagel place they dont know what toasted means and have terrible attitudes when you try to getyour correct order.
